Beginner Aerial Classes - No experience necessary!

What to Expect in Our Classes

- Warm-Up and Conditioning: Start with a gentle warm-up and exercises designed to build the strength and flexibility needed for aerial hoop.

- Basic Moves and Techniques: Learn the fundamental positions and movements on the equipment in a safe and supportive environment.

- Combos and Choreography: Put together simple sequences and enjoy the satisfaction of fluid movement and flow.

- Cool Down and Stretch: End each session with a relaxing cool down to enhance flexibility and prevent injury.

Am I Too Unfit/Overweight/Old/Clumsy/Socially Awkward?

I swear this is the biggest barrier to joining classes. Your brain telling you that you're all of the above and you will be the worst person in class. When I first started pole in 2009, I was absolutely terrible at it. I was the worst in class and I was the last to get every move. But I had a great time each class, laughing through my failure and celebrating my wins. You will be the same. Yes you might suck when you first start. Everyone sucks at everything when they first start, and if they don't then it's because it's not difficult enough.

 

Our classes are specifically tailored for beginners, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and can progress at their own pace. All you need is enthusiasm and the dedication to show up. Stop listening to that voice that says you're not good enough and you'll be amazed what you achieve.
