Learn how to flare like a pro with @audreyhangs (Instagram) This workshop explores flare technique, the act of building up efficient spin momentum. There are many ways to make an aerial apparatus spin, but flaring will make you look like a pro, and the act itself has many practical progressions beyond getting upside down. Flares require some strength, but they mostly demand coordination to get it right. Audrey has designed this workshop to break down the movement to the finest detail. You'll use the aerial straps to help you figure it out, but flares apply to all aerial apparatus. All students Improver Level+ are welcome. It is highly recommended to bring wrist protection to minimize the risk of bruising/skin damage. Pre-reqs: Comfortable inversions and a straight leg lift of 90 degrees or higher. Please arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the Workshop Begins. Anyone who misses the warm-up will not be able to participate.

Cancellation Policy
When you book a class you cancancel and rearrange up to 24hrs before the class starts. Once you are inside the 24 hours no cancellations or rearranging of classes is allowed and we will not make any exceptions to this rule. It is your responsibility to use up your credits before they expire, we will not extend credit expiry dates because you haven't used them, nor will we refund unused credits. Under no circumstances will we refund credits into pounds. This is because you get the cheaper class rate on the condition that you commit to a block of classes so if we refund the points then you have had the cheaper class without the commitment. You are welcome to sell your credits to another Cloud student at any time though, and we will transfer them. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for cancellation within 7 days of the course or class start date or once the course of classes has begun. If you are unable to attend a class you have paid for you can attend another class using our recredit system. This is explained below. This only applies to regularly scheduled Cloud classes run by Cloud teachers, not masterclasses or workshops by outside instructors, nor intensives or any other classes outside the normal timetable. Outside workshops run by independent teachers, weekend masterclasses or intensive workshops have a no refund policy and the recredit system does not apply. You will not receive credits if you cancel, all bookings are final. You are welcome to try and sell your space to other students and we will of course transfer bookings if this takes place but we will not refund you and we will not be responsible for selling your place for you.
