New Loyalty Programme!

We're launching a new loyalty programme for all the aerial addicts where you can earn stars every time you book a class, buy a pack of credits or sign up for a membership. You'll also get stars when you buy things in the shop including coffee and snacks. When you get 100 stars you get a free class!

AND we have three different tiers of Cloud obsession so your rewards just snowball the more time you spend hanging out with us.

On the Friend Tier you get 5 stars for every class or plan you pay for, but when you reach 250 points in any yearly period you will be upgraded to Cloud Bestie where you can earn 6 stars for every purchase. Then it'll be even easier to upgrade to the final tier which is Cloud Cult where you can earn 7 stars every time you buy a class or a plan or a coffee. Every time you earn 100 stars you can book a class totally for free!

Your points will expire if you don't pop into the studio for a class for two months, but you should get reminder emails so you don't lose them.

Recurring memberships should automatically get stars every time the plan renews and you also get birthday stars!

This is a brand new programme and we have no way of testing it except out in the wild so please bear with us while we settle into it and make sure it's all working properly. We might change the rewards or the tiers depending on how well they work so it'll be a work in progress for a while.
