Service Description
Come and spend a week at Cloud Aerial Arts and train like a professional aerialist with our team of coaches, dancers-turned-aerialists who know how to thrive in the industry. They will show you the way and provide specialist insight on how to 'make it' as a dancer/aerialist. Our coaches have worked on cruise ships and have regular performance gigs at shows, festivals, weddings, and high-paying corporate gigs. Whether you're new to aerial or seeking to develop your skills further, the course will expand your potential. You'll receive 18 hours of tuition, focusing on aerial hoop and silks, with complimentary sessions in floor acrobatics and handstands to round off your skills. You'll finish the week with a video recording session with our amazing videographer, Phil Bearman. You'll return home with an unbeatable upgrade to your showreel. Please note: All payments are final. No refunds are given; with Cloud's approval, you are welcome to pass your place on to another dancer. Deposits will secure your spot until final payments are due on January 01st, 2026. Final payments secure your place in conjunction with the deposit payment option. Failure to make final payments will result in the forfeiture of deposits and your place on the intensive.

Cancellation Policy
When you book a class you cancancel and rearrange up to 24hrs before the class starts. Once you are inside the 24 hours no cancellations or rearranging of classes is allowed and we will not make any exceptions to this rule. It is your responsibility to use up your credits before they expire, we will not extend credit expiry dates because you haven't used them, nor will we refund unused credits. Under no circumstances will we refund credits into pounds. This is because you get the cheaper class rate on the condition that you commit to a block of classes so if we refund the points then you have had the cheaper class without the commitment. You are welcome to sell your credits to another Cloud student at any time though, and we will transfer them. Absolutely no refunds will be issued for cancellation within 7 days of the course or class start date or once the course of classes has begun. If you are unable to attend a class you have paid for you can attend another class using our recredit system. This is explained below. This only applies to regularly scheduled Cloud classes run by Cloud teachers, not masterclasses or workshops by outside instructors, nor intensives or any other classes outside the normal timetable. Outside workshops run by independent teachers, weekend masterclasses or intensive workshops have a no refund policy and the recredit system does not apply. You will not receive credits if you cancel, all bookings are final. You are welcome to try and sell your space to other students and we will of course transfer bookings if this takes place but we will not refund you and we will not be responsible for selling your place for you.
